Pay is required after the final sketch is completed and agreed upon.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
Must be paid in USD
Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 1 week, or when work has not been completed within 1 month
Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 7/3/25PAYMENTS
1. Payment will be sent once the sketch is completed. Until then the updates sent will be heavily watermarked.
2. Commercial use will be an additional amount to the commissions original price.
3. Customer accepts that split payment is NOT accepted by the seller.
4. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not continue until payment after the final sketch is completed is sent.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
5. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD
6. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
7. Proof of payment is needed before the Seller continues onto lineart.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
8. Commercial use is not allowed until additional payment is sent.
9. Using the Sellers art for personal profile pictures on social media is allowed with proper credit.
10. Commercial use is any use of commissioned work to profit financially, ex; merchandise, items behind a paywall (locked emotes, badges, etc,.), and more.
11. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
12. In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
13. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
14. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
15. After the artwork is completed and accepted by the Customer, the piece may be deleted in the future to clear storage for the Seller. This both goes for cancelled and completed work. If not stated to keep it for further edits, the Seller is not at fault.
